Since our inception, our focus has been to develop bioinformatics solutions to aid scientific discovery. We recognize that “one size fits all” doesn’t apply to research and that theory doesn’t always translate to effective solutions in the lab. Therefore, we take a hands-on, building block approach utilizing our proprietary T-Bio analytics platform and the educational OmicsLogic program. These flexible and user-friendly bioinformatics solutions help students, researchers and industry scientists analyze complex datasets while expanding their skills for efficient and reproducible analysis workflows.

T-Bio: Multi-omics Analytics Platform

The Comprehensive multi-omics analysis and modeling platform was originally developed at the Tauber Bioinformatics Research Center and University of Haifa, Israel . Using this platform, you can combine many different omics data types into a systems-biology view of your project by leveraging the user-friendly consistent interface the T-Bio platform provides. Build workflow pipelines using our custom and/or open source tools comparing their performance and addressing your specific challenges. The platform is enriched with artificial intelligence (A.I.) technology that guides the analysis process and comprehensive educational pop-ups that explain the analysis logic, ensuring the pipeline is logical and will lead to meaningful results.

OmicsLogic: Modular Bioinformatics Educational Program

OmicsLogic is a modular program designed for students and faculty that seek to leverage molecular data and machine learning in a variety of projects. To learn more about the program, you can explore our online courses to get an overview of bioinformatics or to go deep into NGS data analysis. Attend our featured, low-cost courses and workshops online or in-person to learn about machine learning to mine biomedical data and get training on effective use of analysis methods to advance your research. Together with our academic partners, we are building out programs on the following topics:
